Jill has worked with many designers across both wholesale and retail, bringing years of industry knowledge and a keen eye for style to Zest.

She loves discovering standout pieces that add excitement for her customers—and look amazing walking down the street.

Melissa is a Mid-west girl born and raised. She is a mother of 2 boys and lives a simple life. As long as a beach is involved!!! 

Her love and appreciation for retail has only grown with her experience.  The customers have always been a focus for her. Challenging or not. This truly makes  Melissa joyful at the end of every day. 

She continues to  be a part of the retail community and is excited to what the future of retail holds!!!  

Kerryn has started with us back in 2018 at our sister store, Lou Lou Boutiques. She moved to Leesburg and started managing Zest in 2024. She loves working in town and being apart of the community.

Tiffany moved to Richmond, Virginia from Atlanta, Georgia to start her journey with Zest in January 2025.

On her down time, Tiffany is an artist. She prefers to use acrylic paints for her paintings. One of her favorite things about working at Zest is how friendly everyone has been and the creative people she is surrounded with each day!

Jaclyn has called Historic Downtown Frederick her hometown for many years, and was born and raised in the surrounding area. She is a devoted wife to an Army veteran and mother to two young children. She has a true, unwavering passion for historic districts and spends most of her time and money supporting the local shops, markets, restaurants and wineries.

Jaclyn started her journey with Zest in August 2025. She comes from 20+ years in multi-unit corporate retail management and is beyond excited to learn the in’s and out’s of small business. She is a collector of antiques and local original art, and paints as well. She loves finding beauty in everyday life.
